KEEP YOUR SEXUALITY. REMOVE THE PORN.
- You can masturbate.
- You can ejaculate.
- You can have sex.
- You can fantasize.
- You can be as sexual as you want.
For thirty days, you simply take porn out of the equation.
Not because porn is bad.
Not because ejaculation is bad.
Not because your sexuality needs to be controlled.
Because there is a profound difference between choosing something and feeling like you need it.
And sometimes the clearest way to understand your relationship with something is to remove it for a while and see what happens.
THIS ISN’T REALLY A PROGRAM ABOUT PORN
Porn is what we’re taking away.
What we’re actually working with is your sexuality.
How you become aroused.
How you masturbate.
How deeply you can feel your own body.
How you relate to desire.
How much external stimulation you need.
What happens when sexual energy starts moving through you.
How much choice you have in what you do with it.
And what you bring into sex with another person.
For a lot of men, the screen has become one of the primary ways their sexuality gets activated.
You’re horny, you reach for porn.
You’re bored, you reach for porn.
You’re procrastinating, you reach for porn.
You’re stressed, lonely, uncomfortable, avoiding something, wanting stimulation...
Porn is right there.
And because it gives you so much stimulation so quickly, it can become incredibly easy for your sexuality to start organizing itself around the screen instead of around your body.
The Great Porn Reset interrupts that pattern long enough for you to see what is actually there.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE SCREEN ISN’T THE GO-TO?
What happens to your arousal?
Your sensitivity?
Your imagination?
Your masturbation?
Your attraction to actual people?
Your relationship to your body?
Your ability to stay with desire without immediately intensifying it?
Your sexual energy?
Your attention?
And what happens when the urge for porn wasn’t really about sex in the first place?
Maybe you were bored.
Maybe you were procrastinating.
Maybe you were uncomfortable.
Maybe you wanted stimulation.
Maybe you wanted escape.
Maybe you were simply alone and the habit was there.
Take away the automatic move and suddenly you have an opportunity to see what was underneath it.
And then do something different with it.
FROM THE SCREEN BACK INTO THE BODY
One of the things I know from doing this before is that when my attention is focused on a screen, it can become very easy to disconnect from what is actually happening in my body.
And there is so much available through the body that we miss when all the attention is out there.
The movement of arousal.
Subtle sensations.
Breath.
Fantasy.
Pleasure before you’ve even touched yourself.
The ability to stay with desire without immediately needing to intensify it.
The ability to masturbate without needing constant external stimulation.
The capacity to actually inhabit your sexuality rather than simply consume stimulation.
And the more capable you become of feeling your own body, staying present with arousal, and working with sexual energy in more than one way, the more you have available when you’re with another person too.
THIS IS NOT NO NUT NOVEMBER
No Nut November has made its way into the public consciousness.
That is not what we’re doing here.
This is not about not ejaculating.
This is about no porn.
You can masturbate.
You can ejaculate.
You can have sex.
You can explore pleasure.
You can have an incredibly erotic month.
In fact, I want you paying more attention to your sexuality, not less.
The question is:
What happens when you keep the sexuality and remove the screen?
A 30-DAY LIVE INTENSIVE, NOT AN ABSTINENCE CHALLENGE
You do not need me to tell you how to stop opening Pornhub.
That’s not what you’re paying for.
The Great Porn Reset is a structured month of live work around what happens after you make that decision.
We’ll use the removal of porn as a doorway into examining and developing your relationship with:
- arousal
- masturbation
- embodiment
- sensation
- fantasy
- sexual energy
- urges and triggers
- emotional patterns
- choice and dependency
- partnered sexuality
- the role you actually want porn to play in your life
This is a small live cohort, capped at 20 men.
You are not buying a course and disappearing into it.
You’ll have direct access to me throughout the month as we work with what is actually emerging in real time.
THE FOUR-WEEK PROCESS
WEEK 1: BREAK THE AUTOMATIC LOOP
You begin by seeing the pattern clearly.
When do you reach for porn?
What tends to happen immediately beforehand?
What are you actually looking for in those moments?
Arousal?
Stimulation?
Relief?
Escape?
We’ll work on interrupting the automatic loop without turning the entire month into a white-knuckling contest.
The urge becomes information.
WEEK 2: RETURN TO THE BODY
Now we begin shifting erotic attention away from the screen and back toward your own body.
We’ll explore:
- masturbation without porn
- sensation
- arousal
- fantasy
- breath
- slowing down
- noticing subtler erotic signals
- staying present instead of constantly escalating stimulation
The question becomes:
What is your sexuality like when your body is doing more of the work?
WEEK 3: EXPAND YOUR EROTIC RANGE
Sexual activation does not have only one destination.
You can masturbate.
You can have sex.
You can move your body.
You can create.
You can connect.
You can let yourself remain turned on without immediately needing to discharge it.
You can learn how to feel more without automatically consuming more.
This week is about developing more possibilities for what you do with sexual energy once porn is no longer the default.
WEEK 4: RECLAIM CHOICE
The goal is not to arrive at November 30th staring at the clock and waiting until midnight so you can finally open porn again.
The goal is to leave the month knowing more about yourself.
What changed?
What didn’t?
What did you miss?
What didn’t you miss?
What role was porn actually playing?
What happened to your arousal?
Your masturbation?
Your body?
Your desire?
And most importantly:
What relationship with porn do you actually want from here?
Maybe you bring it back.
Maybe you use much less.
Maybe you decide you don’t want it anymore.
There is no ideological answer you’re supposed to arrive at.
The goal is for the answer to actually be yours.
YOU’LL LEAVE WITH YOUR OWN PORN PROTOCOL
At the end of the month, you’ll create a simple personal framework for the relationship you want with porn going forward.
Not somebody else’s rules.
Yours.
You’ll identify:
- whether porn has a place in your life
- how and when you want to use it
- the signs that choice is beginning to become dependency
- the triggers you discovered during the month
- how you want to relate to masturbation
- what practices you want to keep
- what you want your sexuality to be rooted in going forward
The purpose of the Reset is not simply to prove that you can go thirty days.
It’s to come out of those thirty days with greater awareness, more options, and a clearer relationship with your own sexuality.
WHY DO THIS WITH OTHER MEN?
You can decide by yourself that you’re not going to watch porn.
A lot of men do.
And a lot of those commitments quietly disappear when the motivation that created them fades.
When you do this alone, every urge becomes a private negotiation.
Nobody knows if you make an exception.
Nobody sees you slowly move the line.
And you miss one of the richest parts of doing this as a shared experiment:
you get to learn from what happens to everyone else.
Someone notices something you hadn’t thought to look for.
Someone identifies a trigger that makes you recognize your own.
Someone discovers a way of working with an urge that helps you the next day.
Someone hits the same wall you thought was only happening to you.
There is accountability.
There is support.
There is shared learning.
And the entire process becomes more engaging and more enjoyable.
You are not spending thirty days privately trying not to do something.
You are joining a group of men exploring what becomes available when you remove it together.
LIVE, WITH ME, ALL MONTH
More than 20 years of expertise
I’ve spent more than twenty years immersed in male sexuality.
I’m a sexologist, author of The Evolved Masculine, and creator of Sexual Self-Mastery.
I’ve spent years helping men develop greater capacity with arousal, ejaculation, pleasure, embodiment, masturbation, sexual energy, and partnered sex.
Weekly live work
Throughout November, I’ll be inside this process with you.
We’ll meet live every week.
You’ll be able to bring in the specific patterns, questions, challenges, and discoveries that are emerging in your own sexuality.
We will work with what is actually happening in the room.
Daily contact and practices
I’ll be active inside the private group.
I’ll be sharing practices, observations, prompts, and responses based on what I’m seeing unfold across the group.
You’ll receive something from me every day.
A short voice note.
A practice.
A question.
An observation.
Something to keep you engaged with the experiment and your own sexuality throughout the month.
Small-cohort access
This is not thirty pre-recorded lectures.
I want it alive.
Responsive.
Connected to what the men in the room are actually experiencing.
And because the group is capped at 20 men, you are not disappearing into a giant Zoom room.
This is an opportunity to have more than twenty years of my work in male sexuality applied to what is happening in your sexuality in real time.
INCLUDED WITH THE RESET
A COMPANION FOR THE HOURS I’M NOT THERE
The calls are once a week.
The urge does not keep that schedule.
Included with the Reset is a dedicated AI companion built specifically for this month.
It knows the framework we’re working with and can walk you through the daily prompts, help you make sense of what you’re noticing, and be there in the moments when the experiment gets difficult.
When the urge hits at midnight, or you’re alone in your apartment or house and the old move is one tap away, you can tell it what’s happening.
What you’re feeling.
What happened five minutes before.
What you actually want right now.
It can help you slow the moment down, see the loop more clearly, explore another response, and recommit without turning the whole thing into a confession or waiting for the next group call.
You can also use it to process discoveries, notice patterns across the month, and figure out what you want to bring into our next live session.
It is not a substitute for the group, and it is not me.
It’s the experiment in your pocket when you need it.

Investment: $997
$997 TO STOP WATCHING PORN?
That would be ridiculous.
You’re not paying me to tell you:
“Don’t watch porn for thirty days.”
You’re investing in the container around that decision.
A month-long live intensive around your sexuality.
Direct access to me in a group capped at 20 men.
Four weeks of live guidance.
Daily practices and transmissions.
A group of men going through the experiment alongside you.
Accountability.
A dedicated AI companion for the moments when neither I nor the group is immediately available.
And a structured process for understanding what emerges and doing something meaningful with it.
You’re not simply removing porn.
You’re spending a month looking closely at how your sexuality actually works and deliberately developing what is underneath the screen.
And yes, the financial investment is part of the commitment too.
I don’t want this to be another free challenge you feel inspired about today and quietly abandon eight days from now.
I want you to feel the decision.
Once the program begins on November 1, there are no refunds.
You’re in.
So are the other men.
And we’re going through the month together.
WHAT COUNTS AS PORN?
For these thirty days, the basic rule is:
No external sexual media that you intentionally use to create or intensify arousal.
Porn videos.
Pornographic images.
Cam sites.
Explicit content you deliberately seek out on social media.
The simple question is:
Am I reaching for external sexual media to turn myself on?
If yes, leave it out for the month.
Your own fantasy is allowed.
Your own body is allowed.
Your partner is allowed.
Sex is allowed.
Masturbation is allowed.
Ejaculation is allowed.
WHAT IF YOU WATCH PORN?
Then you learn something.
You do not restart the month.
You do not get thrown out.
You do not turn it into evidence that you failed.
You look at what happened.
What were you feeling right before?
What triggered it?
What did you want?
What was porn providing?
Where did the automatic loop take over?
Then you recommit and continue.
A lapse can teach you a tremendous amount about the pattern you’re trying to understand.
This is not a purity contest.
It is a practice in consciousness and freedom.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You do not need to think you’re addicted to porn.
You do not need to believe porn has damaged you.
You do not need to want to give it up forever.
Maybe you know you use more than you want.
Maybe your arousal has become more dependent on visual stimulation than you like.
Maybe porn has become part of how you procrastinate, check out, or regulate uncomfortable feelings.
Maybe you notice yourself reaching for it automatically.
Or maybe your relationship with porn seems completely fine and you are simply curious.
Curiosity is enough.
What would happen to my sexuality if I took porn out for thirty days?
If you genuinely want to know the answer, this experiment is for you.
I’M NOT ANTI-PORN
I want to make this especially clear.
I like porn.
I’m currently building a conscious erotic media company.
I think erotic media has enormous potential, and I also think it could use a serious evolution.
I am not asking you to conclude that porn is bad.
I’m asking you to become conscious enough of your relationship with it that you can actually choose.
Because there is a difference between:
I enjoy this.
and
I need this.
I value freedom.
I want the things I enjoy to be things I am genuinely choosing.
That is the spirit of this entire experiment.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER NOVEMBER?
You don’t graduate with a rule that says you are never allowed to watch porn again.
You leave with greater knowledge of yourself.
You’ve spent thirty days seeing your habits clearly.
You’ve experienced your sexuality without the screen.
You’ve experimented with different ways of masturbating, feeling arousal, working with urges, and directing sexual energy.
You’ve watched what happened across a group of other men doing the same thing.
And you’ve decided consciously what you want to carry forward.
Maybe you return to porn.
Maybe you use it differently.
Maybe you use it much less.
Maybe you decide you don’t want it anymore.
There is no predetermined conclusion.
The point is that when you make the decision, it is coming from choice rather than habit, dependency, shame, or ideology.
